Who are You Going to Pick?

Listen up to that video. A presenter talks about job hiring process, now you job is to write down a quick summary email to a friend of that video. 

• What is the main idea the presenter is talking about?

• Name the two groups of people that she had mentioned.

• What are the differences between the two groups of people that the presenter referred to?  

• Which type are you? Give examples.
• List at least two examples from the talk, and finally write one valuable insight to your friend that you took away from the talk.

Today I watched a nice video. talking about why the best hire . One group call the "the silver spoon" an other one call the"scrapper". I"d like scrapper people, for ex amp, a Chinese man he was in Chinese cultural revolution in 1966, all the school was closed his parents were relocated countryside, but he after work study his formal education,. he used the three month finish the high school course. He never give up, now he got degree from com ell and Harvard. 

So, this video let me understand, don't give up, be a scrapper and writing a perfect resume, I believe you can become successful.

                            how to improve my Pronunciation

Every country has diffident Language, so people speaking English has diffident accent, It's hard to understand what you mean. some times made me remembrance. 

One day, I asked my classmate about something, I was going to use Polite words,but she couldn't understand me, she said,"you have strong accent and sound like rude," so I realize my English is my pain.  after that i hardworking for my pronunciation.

I have been LINC 5/6 class since January 22, before when I come to LINC 5/6 I was concern about my English not good enough,Since I come to this class, my English gets better before, my licensing, speaking, writing and reading all the skills have improve. My teacher who name is Hala, she is a nice teacher. She prepare  instantiating activity for us,so our classmate enjoin her class.In this class I fell confident for my English, I can talk with my teacher my classmate, so I appreciate my teacher Hala, she's hardworking to teaching us, but English is my second language, I still  need work on my English, my big problem is I don't have  good memory, I always forget my English word, so I need repeat.                                                                                                                 I think those part for me is important 1 speaking 2 Listening 3 writing 4 reading 5  interview skill   6 speech skill

One day a girl was walking …through………………. the forest when she met a boy. “Hello” she said “What’s your name?” she asked. “My name is Bob” he replied. Suddenly a huge dinosaur came…along…………. The dinosaur grabbed the boy. “Ha, ha, ha. I am going to eat you” said the dinosaur”. “Let him go!” said the girl. “You cannot stop me, little girl. I am a dinosaur. Only the magic sword of Wimble Bimble can stop me.” “Where is the magic sword of Wimble Bimble?” asked the girl. “It’s …in….. a cave in the big mountain” shouted the boy. So the girl set …off……to find the sword. She went ……along………the road, …over………….. the fence, …across……….the field, …over………. the fence, ………through……. the tunnel, ……on………..the farm, …………under……. the little bridge, …over……… the big bridge, ……up………….. the hill, ……………… the hill, ……through………………… the dark forest and …into………. the cave. She found the magic sword and came and killed the dragon. And the girl and the boy lived happily ever …after…..

       
Hi ABC restaurant head office,

I'm not very happy with my order the lobster was no meat. I went to your restaurant yesterday night, I was order your restaurant famous dish lobster,  when the waitress gave me lobster, I saw lobster was empty, It's no meat inside,just little meat in sell. I asked your waitress, she told your restaurant manager to came over, but he was so rule,  he insist me ate it and went have it again. I think he was insulting me, I promised I didn't eat it.
I'm gong to tell you my felling and refund my money. If you solve this event  not properly, I won't be your res taunt again.
I hope receive your information as soon as passable
